Freedom of Information Act

It is the policy of the Board of Education of Niles Township District for Special Education #807 to make its public records available for inspection during normal business hours Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Records may be inspected and copied at the NTDSE Administrative offices.

All requests for records should be in writing and addressed to the FOIA Officers as follows:

Fees for Copies First 50 pages of black & white, letter or legal-sized copies = No Charge
Additional pages after the first 50 pages = 15 cents per page
All color copies (including the first 50) = actual cost for reproducing the records
All copies on paper sizes other than letter and legal-sized = actual cost for reproducing the records.
Copies in electronic format = actual cost for purchasing the medium (CD or other medium)
Fee for certifying a public record = $1
